BXSCI SCIOLY

Science Olympiad is a team competition consisting of 23 different events across Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Math, and Build. Events are competed in the form of written tests, lab activities, and/or engineered builds by teams of 2 or 3 depending on the event. No prior experience is required, and you are taught everything you need to know through thorough lessons, activities, and practice with your teammates.


What is Science Olympiad?

The Bronx Science Science Olympiad team is composed of 100-200 active members competing in Division C (High School) with teams from around the country competing at the Regional, State, and National levels.The team has qualified for the State Tournament for the past 5 years and consistently places highly at Invitationals alongside schools like Stuyvesant, Townsend Harris, Ward Melville, and Great Neck South. Many people on the team consider SciOly a family as they put in the work and the hours to improve, both for themselves and the rest of the team.

How Do I Join?

We are currently in the off-season, but you can fill out this form to be added to the email list for updates when we start in the fall. And if you decide it’s not for you, you can always drop out later, though we do hope you stay with us.
